These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of consulting and training services by Congresos LLC ("Provider", "we", or "us"). By contacting us or engaging our services you accept these Terms.
We deliver consultancy and professional development services as agreed in writing (email or contract). Service scope, dates and deliverables will be confirmed in a booking email or formal contract.
Fees will be agreed in advance. Unless otherwise stated, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure dates. Final payment is due within 14 days of invoice. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards (via invoice link).
Client cancellations more than 30 days before the start date: full refund of fees paid (except deposit). Cancellations 14–30 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days: no refund. Dates may be rescheduled once, subject to mutual agreement.
All training materials, slide decks and resources created by Congresos LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. We grant clients a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for internal educational purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for direct losses arising from provision of services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses.
We will treat client information as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information except as required by law.
Where personal data is exchanged, both parties will comply with applicable data protection law. We process minimal personal data for booking and delivery purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delaware courts.
